- Two to four teaspoonfuls (10 to 20ml) four times a day. Take 20 minutes to 1 hour after meals and at bedtime or as directed by the physician. Maybe followed with milk or water.

- Each 5ml (1 teaspoon) of suspension contains 200mg of Aluminum Hydroxide, 100mg of Magnesium Hydroxide, and 0.46% of Ethyl Alcohol.
